JAPAN’S MAGINOT LINE.
DEFENCE OF NORTH CHINA. CHUUNGKING, Feb. 19. Japan is erecting a “Maginot Line” between Jvalgan and Dolonuor in older to defend Peiping and Tientsin against possible Soviet attack. She is also fortifying the Amur River.
