OPTICIANS CONFER
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 20. _ The annual conference of the Institute erf Opticians of New Zealand began in Wellington this morning. The president, Mr R. Brooke-Taylor, of Wellington, presided over 40 delegates from all parts of New Zealand. Two lectures on orthoptics were given by Messrs G. E. Cox and E. O. Davis. Two more lectures on the same subject will be given to-morrow, and the ofl .-ial opening will take place in the evening. General business will be conducted afterwards. Wednesday, will be devoted to a golf tournament, and the conference will continue on Thursday and Friday.
