A strong northerly wind, with gusts of up to 75 miles an hour, interrupted the schedule of Cook Strait Airways machines this morning. It was prae-' tically impossible for ’planes to land or leave Rongotai, and after 9 o clock the scheduled flights were postponed in the hope that the wind might decrease.
