DELIVERY OF STOCK.
THE BEDAUX CASE. (Times Cables.) Received February 20, 12.55 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 19. The Times Johannesburg correspondent says the action against Mr C. Bedaux on an order issued on the application of Mr Robert MeChesney, former manager of the Bedaux Companv of Africa, to recover £2500, relates to a claim for the delivery of stock in the Bedaux Company of South Africa to MeChesney as additional emolument for his services as general manager, engineer and director.
