MR SEMPLE IN NORTH.

The Minister of Public Works (Hon. R. Semple) arrived at Wliangarei this afternoon on the first stage of an extensive tour of Northland. He inspected the Oneralii aerodrome, which lie dof i ribed as being the makings of the finest aerodrome in New Zealand, it being the only one in which runways ran in three directions toward tho sea, the site being on a peninsula. Its area is 113 acres. To-morrow Air Semple will go to ltussell.
