FARMER KILLED.
KNOCKED FROM HAYSTACK. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 18. Knocked from the top of a haystack, Everett Andrew Cave, aged 53, a, farmer, of Mahoe, received spinal injuries from which he died in the Stratford Hospital. A strong wind was blowing at the time, and a gust caught a load of hay, carrying it farther than was expected and knocking Mr Cave from the top of the stack to the ground.
