FITZHERBERT SUBDIVISION.
The Cashmere Hills at Christchurch show the great desire to get off the flat for the best residential areas in a city. In Wanganui. too, ono sees St. John’s Hill crowded with fine houses, and they command a big prico to-day. It will be only a limited time till Palmerston North people/awaken to the fact that the Fitzherbert hills will be the best residential area of the future. The sites nearest the city will in time become very valuable. The time to buy is right at the beginning of this coming development. A plan of the first subdivision of this area appears on page 15 which should bo interesting to intending homebuilders.
