GERMAN LABOUR DECREE.
WIDER POWER. OVER WORKERS.
Received February 17. 8.5 a.m. BERLIN, Feb. 16. Field-Marshal Goering has issued a decree empowering Germany to call on the services of foreigners for work of national importance if this is endanger ed by a-shortage of labour. . Tbe decree also gives the Ministry Labour wider powers over German workers, including their transference to new occupations if necessary. It docs not apply to foreigners exempted by treaty or by the recognised rules of international law.
