RIFLE SHOOTING.
The Linton Defence Rifle Club fired the last series of its championship shoot last Saturday. The weather conditions were changeable with some good patches and some very bad. However, several good scores were returned., F. R. Lewis scored a possible at 500yds and H. Barlow 49. R. Wakefield made a very creditable score of 47 48 95. J. H.
