MOURNING FOR POPE.

CROWDS VISIT TOMB. Received February 17, 1.15 p.m. ROME, Feb. 16. It is estimated that 200,000 persons visited the Pope’s tomb to-day. The Congregation of Cardinals, with forty present, received the Diplomatic Corps, who presented their condolences.

New coins and stamps are being issued during the interregnum, and a medal is being struck bearing the arms of St. Peter and Cardinal Pacelli.
