POLICY INDICATED. NOT RETURNING YET. ( Uuited Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) • Received February 17, 1.5 p.m. ROME, Feb. 16. The Inl'ormazione Diplomatica says the Italian Legionaries will not return from Spain until General Franco announces that their task is finished. It adds: “The Anglo-French procedure in recognising General Franco, ranging from flattery to threats, shows the democracies’ mental confusion, it not ignorance, of the Spanish psychology. “It is Italy’s way to march with a friend to the end, no matter what happens. We don’t believe that com radeships formed on the battlefields, on land and in the air, are destined to dissolve without a trace. ’
