Chvalkovsky’s account of his talks with Herr Hitler and Herr von Ribbentrop, tho Czech Cabinet instructed the Minister of Commerce and Finance to draw up a programme of economic co-operation with Germany. Germany, it is understood, demanded that Czechoslovakia should repudiate her Russian and French alliances and join the Anti-Comintern Pact, to which M. Chvalkovsky replied that she was ready to do so when Germany guaranteed tho new frontier.
