GERMANY SEEKS AGREEMENT. Received January 25, 1.30 p.m. BERLIN, Jam 24. Even Herr von Ribbentrop (Foreign Minister) is going to Warsaw for a Polish-German agreement, under which Germany will not deport any more Polish Jews. The ten thousand already deported have been . allowed to go to Germany if they wish to settle their affairs, returning to Poland after a stipulated period. Poland is taking precautions for Herr von Ribbentrop’s safety. The police are not allowing 5000 deported Polish Jews encamped at the frontier town of Zbonszyn to approach the railway during the passing of Herr von Ribbentrop’s train to-morrow.
