GERMAN TRAWLERS.

SUMMONED TO PATROL WORK Received January 25, 1.50 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 24.

The Daily Telegraph’s Hammerfest correspondent says twelve German trawlers have been ordered home for patrol service. Their owners have been advised that a further 90 large trawlers built with the help of a Government subsidy, are mounting guns and will be needed for patrol service in the next three months.
