SPANISH REBELS. NEARLY IN BARCELONA. (United Press Association-—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received Januarv '2~>. 1.30 p.ui. LERI DA, Jan. ‘24. General Franco’s forces have crossed the Llobregat Aerodrome and reached a point one mile from Barcelona s suburbs. The advance was made by the Moroccan forces which have been moving along the coast road. Nationalist batteries are to-night poundino Barcelona port. Over 2V'O prisoners had been taken by mid-day. Simultaneously with the advance of the Moroccans, the fourth division of the Navarrese Army crossed the Llobregat line near Martoroll, south of Manresa. The advance continues practically unopposed in all sectors. . Reports persist that Senor Negri ns Government has left Barcelona. Their destination is unknown. . It is understood that General Miaja (Loyalist) is en route to Barcelona from Madrid.
