CHRLSTCH URCH, Jan. 24. Two months’ imprisonment and the suspension of his driving license for five years was the penalty inllieted on Raymond Murray Watson, aged 45, when he appeared in Court to-dav on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a car on January 20. Watson (md l>een convicted twice previously for intoxication in charge within the last four years.

In reply to a plea by counsel for leniency, Mr E. C. Levvey, S.AI., said lie did not feel any particular hesitation in imposing sentence. In most intoxication in charge cases one warning was more than sufficient. Accused had IxMMi dealt with twice since ISffi.",; once lie had been treated lenieutlv, and on the other occasion he had been dealt with severely.
