(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 20. The total amount applied for in tenders for £25,000.00-0 of Treasury bills was £67,845,000. The average rate per cent for bill’s at three months was 10s 3.54 d. as against 10s 8.09 d a week ago.
