N.S.W. SCOBE 294. Received December 24, 8.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, .Dec. 23. In a Sheffield Shield cricket match against Victoria, New South Wales, in their first innings, made 294 (Fingleton 45, Cheetham 42, Chipperfield 66, O’Reilly 47). Bowling, McCormick took 5 for 63, and Fleetwood-Smith 3 for 100.
Victoria in their first innings have lost none for 9. \
