VISIT TO DOMINION. Per Press Assooiatjqn. AUCKLAND, Dee. 23. In the course of a liaison visit to all tlie British Dominions, Mr H. D. Hall, of the information section of the League fif Nations Secretariat, arrived to-day. Mr Hall, who last visited New Zealand in 193 d, wijl confer with the Government on matters within the purview qf the Reague and will leave fqr Australia after a stay of 12 days in Hip Dominion. Re passed through Canada on his way to New Zealand, and after spending a period of leave in Australia will proceed to [south Africa, Mr Hall brought with Ip™ a film dealing with world health organisation, the first reaL film dealing jyitjf a section pf the Lea'gpp’s activities. Its theme is world co-operation against pomipqp ajlmqutg of mankind, the nripcipal epidemic diseases in particular, It was made in Paris by a French producer, and is ap interesting example pf French cinema technique. The film, which WfiS s hpwp priyately in Auckland, so impressed the League Assembly til at it asked the Government h 9 .ffilfhq every effort tp fyycilftatp its distribution.
