MORE DEATHS.

COLD IN ENGLAND. LONDON, Dee. 22. Another 15 deaths have occurred throughout Britain from the cold which is blanketing the country in snow, holding up train services and making roads impassable. London’s underground services were dislocated for an hour to-day as a result of short-circuits at frozen points. The city is under inches of snow for the first time for years and some country districts are under several feet of snow.

Throughout Britain, the maximum temperature is 28 degrees and the minimum 12 degrees. Channel services are dislocated.
