BIGGER RECIPROCAL TRADE
POLISH-RUSSIAN DECISION. LONDON, Dec. 22. The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that the preliminary Polish-Russmn talks ended with a decision to raise the total reciprocal trade to between £4,000,00J and £6,500,000. representing an increase of 2000 per cent.
