TREASURE HUNT.
A most amusing and enjoyable treasure hunt was organised last evening by Dr. and Mrs T. H. Pullar, ot Victoria Avenue, and Mr and Mrs D. C. McDonald, of College Street. Those taking part were: Mr and Mrs J Bagnail, Mr and Mrs It. Burrell, Mr and Mrs P. Burrell. Mr and Mrs F. K. Clayton. Mr and Mrs H. Giesen, Mr and Mrs S. Goldingham, Mr and Mrs A. H. Guy. Mr and Mrs R. Hewitt, Mr and Mrs C. King, Mr and Mrs H. Kissling, Mr and Mrs It. McKelvie, Mr and Mrs Moore. Mr and Mrs J. H. North, Mr and Mrs J. Perry. Mr and Mrs H. Petrie, Mr and Mrs W. Sutherland, Mr and Mrs L. Triggs, Mr and Mrs R, Iledmayne, Mesdames J. Busch, P. Lane, Misses B. Mcßae, It. Gillies, M. Evans, Messrs W. Fry, F. Gorton, H. Wilson, Q. Wilson and D. Guy. The clues had been cleverly written in verse by Dr. Pullar and the finders of the “treasure” were: Messrs Goldingham and King, Mesdames North and McKelvie, and Miss Evans. Dr. and Mrs Pullar afterwards entertained the guests for supper at their home, the rooms being attractively decorated with Japanese irises, larkspurs, Christmas lilies and delphiniums.
