Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. The annual conference of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand concluded in Wellington to-day. The following officers were elected: —President, Mr G. B. E. Renouf (Hawke’s Bay), E. W. Win (Nelson), G. Crawshaw (Poverty Bay), V. Moyes (South Canterbury), J. T. Carswell (Southland), A. Evans (Taranaki!, A. N. de L. Willis (Waikato), H. J.
