Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. The annual conference of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand concluded in Wellington to-day. The following officers were elected: —President, Mr G. B. Osmond (Auckland) ; vice-presidents, Messrs G. S. Boyes (Hamilton), and P. W. Stabb (Dunedin); council, Messrs P. Balgarnie, G. R. Blackett, H. C. C. Ernest (Auckland), H. T. Penrose (Canterbury), A. E. Renouf (Hawke’s Bay), E. W. Win (Nelson), G. Crawshaw (Poverty Bay), V. Moyes (South Canterbury), J. T. Carswell (Southland), A. Evans (Taranaki!, A. N. de L. Willis (Waikato), H. J. Duigan (Wanganui), A. A. Gellatly, J. G. liarcourt, R. P. McCracken (Wellington). The question of a universal tariff for New Zealand was fully • iSeussed. Various committees were appointed.
