POISON GAS WARFARE? (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, Aug. 25. The Japanese spokesman has warned all aircraft in the war zone of the risk they are running of being shot down. At Geneva Dr. Hoo Chitsai alleged to the League that the Japanese used poison gas and wiped out two Chinese battalions in the Juichang sector on August 22.
