MECHANICAL COTTON-PICKER. MEMPHIS (Tennessee), Aug. 24. Messrs John and Mack Rust, _ inventors of a mechanical cotton-picker which it is believed will produce the greatest amount of technological unemployment ever resulting from a onepurpose invention, have announced the formation of the Rust Foundation. The inventors personally will receive only ten times the wage received by the lowest-paid employee in the factory making the machines.
