AUSTRALIAN WHEAT.
SYDNEY, Aug. 25. The slump in wheat values continues here, and the turnover is small owing to the nervousness of buyers. Silo grain is quoted to 2s 9|d and bagged to 3s 2d a bushel. Flour, £8 5s a ton; bran and pollard, £6 a ton. Potatoes: Tasmanian, £l2 to £l4 a ton. Others, £ll 10s. Onions: Brown, £l2 10s a ton. Maize: White, 4s 8d; yellow, 4s 7d a bushel.
