LADIES’ CROQUET CLUB.
There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Feilding Ladies’ Croquet Club. The report revealed that the club had enjoyed a successful season and' stated that the prospects for the coming season were bright. Mr Duncan was thanked for erecting a
summer-houso for the use of members. The following officers were elected: President, Mrs F. E. Moore; vicepresident, Mrs T. Burne; secretary, Mi ss Bartholomew; committee, Mesdames K. Dewe, G. Dewe, H. L. Simson, C. Hayward. E. Rodgers, S. Wilton ; delegate to Manawatu Croquet Centre, Mrs J. S. Edelsten; sports committee, Mesdames Burne, Rodgers, and K. Dewe.
