NATIONAL PARTY.
FEILDING BRANCH. . The general committee of the Feilding branch of the National Party met last evening, Mr A. Campbell presiding over an excellent attendance. General organising • matters wore fnlly discussed, and in collaboration with the newly-formed women’s organisation the town is to be thoroughly canvassed. Several-new members were welcomed by the chairman, who expressed his delight at the keen interest being shown in the party’s activities and the rapidly increasing membership. The electorate secretary (Mr C. V. Jewell) stated that Makino Road was in the Feilding area_aud not in the Halcombe area, as was thought by some members.
Delegates were appointed to g£tend a meeting of the women’s organisation to-day.
