(From Our Own Correspondent.) ASHHURST, Aug. 25. Masses of pastel shaded camellias, daintily arranged with ferns, made the Town Hall look very colourful when the Aehhurst Branch qf the Labour Party bold a carnival dance, when all three queens were present. An attractive featuro was a competition to decide on the ‘ belle of the ball” five candidates entering. Miss Eileen Eaton proved successful, with Miss i ■ Walker a close runner-up.
