CELEBRATIONS COMPLETED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 23. The Otago Boys’ High School’s 75th anniversary celebrations concluded this evening. The day’s programme consisted of golf in the morning, secondary schools Rugby in the afternoon, and a ball in the evening, the Town Hall being packed for the last-named event. The senior golf championship was won by J. H. McDougall, and the junior by H. J. AVohlstenholme. A feature of the day was the display of the New Plymouth Boys’ High School Rugby team, which beat Otago by 41 points to three. On Saturday New Plymouth beat Southland, 35—0. Hence New Plymouth's tally for the two games was 76 points to three. The game between Christchurch and Southland was more closely contested, Southland winning by 17 points to 11.
