BADMINTON.
The Rongotea Badminton Club sent j a team over to Feilding for a friendly match with the Feilding Club. Al- ! though the visitors were beaten by a {good margin, the Rongotea team did i not lack enthusiasm and better results i should attend their efforts in the j future. R. Glyn (Rongotea) beat W. j Patton 21—16; S. Younger (Feilding) j beat D. Lunn, 21—16. Miss Stuckey (Feilding) beat Miss Buchanan 15—7. In the other games played the Feilding players were definitely superior.
