BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL.
PREFECTS’ DANCE. -■
An enjoyable dance, organised by the prefects of the Palmerston North Boys’ High School, was held in the assembly hall on Saturday evening. The hall was. gaily decorated with the school colours, and a good floor, music arid supper ensured. the enjoyment of those present. Prizewinners in special dances were: G. Nicholson and Shirley Kingston, 0. Andrews and Aileen Nash, R. Brown and Judith Copeland. The rector (Mr J. Murray) and Mrs Murray acted as host and hostess. The duties of MiC.’s were carried out by Mr F. D. Tucker and Mr G. A. Bell.
