NEW FORM AT THE PALACE. LONDON, May 25. The first “presentation party” ever held at Buckingham Palace was attended by 1200 persons, of whom 800 were women. Instead of each woman curtseying before the. Thrones, there was a general obeisance by the entire company when Their Maiesties entered the ballroom, after which Their Majesties separated and mingled with the guests.
