BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 23, 11.25 a m. RUGBY, April 22. Flags were at the mastheads over public buildings in London to-day in celebration of the twelfth birthday of Princess Elizabeth. She is giving a tea party in her nursery suite at Windsor Castle to which Their Majesties, Princess Margaret and guests at the castle house party have been invited.
