CABINET’S DECISIONS. PARIS, April 20. After reviewing the situation Cabinet, contrary to expectations, issued no decrees. Financial circles are relieved that the Government refuses to he stampeded, nevertheless they feel the crisis cannot be solved by standing pat. On the Bourse prices sagged. It is understood 1)1. Cabinet decided on a drastic purge of undesirable aliens and stricter control of the frontiers. M. Bonnet (Foreign Minister) secured approval of the Italo-French conversations. An Ambassador is to be appointed to Rome immediately the League Council authorises recognition of the conquest of Ethiopia.
