SMALL INCREASE IN BUTTER. DECREASE IN CHEESE. i Tlie latest returns ot exports of dairy produce for the eight months ended March 31 show an increase of 1789 tons of butter and a decrease of 1474 tons of cheese, compared with those for the corresponding period of last season. Exports for this season’s period have boon 108,149 tons of butter and 53,327 tons of cheese. Shipments during March amounted to 15.184 ton's of butter and 10,028 tons of cheese.
