POPPY DAY—FEILDING R.S.A. ■pRIDAY, APRIL 22nd. Usual Stalls. Usual Sellers. Buy a Poppy for Remembrance. MAYORAL ELECTION. TO THE RESIDENTS OF FEILDING. Ladies and gentlemen, i wish to call your.attention to the very apparent defects in the Feilding watersupply to which I drew attention in my recent address. The immediate necessity of obtaining a loan to have the water supply of the Borough rectified is urgent and is one of the matters that if I am elected will '.receive the first consideration of the Council. I wish also to emphatically state that I am not attached to any electors’ ticket, that 1 am standing entirely in the interests of all residents of the Borough. My earnest endeavour 'will,be to do my best fn the interests , of fill parties, and I sincerely trust' that the electors will .return a Council of men pledged to support ine in a progressive policy. Yours sincerely, T. F. FITZGERALD. ' Feilding, 20-4-38.
