GERMAN ARMY.
SHORTAGE OF INSTRUCTORS. Received April 21, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, April 20. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that owing to the shortage of qualified instructors for the new army, former regular officers resident abroad have been requested to return. It is estimated that 2500 will comply.
