IN TURKISH BAZAARS. (Times Cables.) Received April 21, 12.25 p.m. LONDON, April 20. The Times Istanbul correspondent says that visitors will shortly no longer enjoy the thrill of bargaining in the bazaars. The Government is promoL ing a law enforcing fixed prices. All goods are to be marked and there will be a heavy fine for any shopkeeper taking more or less than the marked price.
