AGREEMENT IMMINENT.

The Associated Press correspondent understands that the announcen\nt of a comprehensive Anglo-Eire agreement is imminent. This follows recent reports that the negotiations had collapsed. Coming on top of the Anglo-Italian tiiumph this will be another achievement for Mr Chamberlain, whose personal intervention in the discussions, especially with the President of Eire (Mr de Valera), with whom he has established a close and trusting friendship, is largely responsible for success when others failed after attempting for months to settle the Anglo-Eire impasse.
