■ READY TO SAIL. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 19. The Finnish barque Penang, after a month in Auckland, was taken by a tug from the inner harbour during the forenoon to a point three miles on the seaward side of Rangitoto beacon, where she will remain at anchor until a favourable wind takes her on her way to Australia to take part in the annual grain race to Britain. The three missing members of her crew did not return-
