POWERS’ ACCEPTANCE.
POLISH ULTIMATUM. Received March 21, 10 a.m. KAUNAS, March 20.. The Foreign Office spokesman said to-day that friendly foreign Powers had advised their acceptance of the Polish ultimatum. Poland is withdrawing her troops from the border. It is understood the Government retains its attitude towards Vilna.
