OLD MAN’S DEATH.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 4. A body which was recovered from rough country near Sinclair Head yesterday has been identified as that of Mr Walter Elliott, aged 80, a retired builder. Ho came from England in 1916 and at tho time of his death was residing at Wadestown. There was no evidence to show how he got caught in the fence, but he was fond of walking and it is presumed ho was taking a short cut home. No inquest will he hold.
