DEFENCE DEBATE.
IN COMMONS ON MONDAY. ' (British Official Wireless.) Received March 2, 10.30 a.m. RUGBY, March 1. A defence White Paper will be issued to-morrow night, and there will be a House of Commons debate on the subject of defence as a whole next Monday. The debate will be opened by a statement, on behalf of the Government by Mr Chamberlain (Prime Minister).
