SEAPLANE BASE.
PROPOSALS FOR THAMES. LONDON, March 1.. The Air Ministry, the Port of London Authority and the City Corporation are examining proposals submitted by Air Commodore .T. A. Chamier, secretary of the General Air League of the British Empire, for a seaplane base in the Thames, just below Tilbury, with an aerodrome alongside it on the Essex coast.
