He said there were different opinions regarding some of the resuscitation methods used, but the outstanding feature emerging from the discussions was the use of carbon dioxide in surf work. It was largely used in Itodnev disaster and had really marvellous results. It already was in use in New Zealand to a certain extent and it was quite likely its general use would be adopted here almost immediately. \
