M. FLANDIN’S ADVOCACY. OUTLOOK IN, FRANCE. PARIS, Feb. 27. M. Flandin in the Chamber of Deputies to-day advocated a revised French policy, including recognition of the Italian Empire of Abyssinia. He . thanked Mr Chamberlain (the British Premier) for support of France, • but declared that Britain would increase her undertakings to France only when France had shown ability to carry out her obligations by increasing armaments production and reorganising finances and morale.
