FIRES ON FRENCH CRUISER. Received Februarv 28, 9.50 a.m. PARIS, Feb. 27.^ An Admiralty inquiry lias established that three fives aboard the battleship Strasbourgh, involving £60,000 worth of repairs, were caused by members of Italian secret societies sent from Nationalist Spain to make trouble in France.
