USEFUL EAU DE COLOGNE.
If your face lacks, those pretty tints which we all like to see ill cheeks there is a simple way to regain them. Sponge the cheeks with warm water, dry them thoroughly, and then spray with an eau de Cologne mixture. You will need a perfume spray, and you will add one dessertspoonful of the Cologne to half a pint of very cold water. Place some of this mixture into the spray, and then after the warm water treatment spray the cheeks thoroughly. Coarse, rough skin will soon be remedied if, in place of your usual tap water, you wash the face each morning with eau de Cologne water (one tablespoonful of eau de Cologne in each quart of water).
