ITALY’S INTENTION.
/ FORCES IN LIBYA. Received Februarv 26, 11.30 a.m’. ROME. Feb. 25. It is authoritatively indicated that Italy was temporarily reducing her forces in Libya in the hope of facilitating the Anglo-Italian conversations but a later despatch denies this.
